Enliten Ventures Sdn Bhd (Enliten)
Enliten Ventures Sdn Bhd (Enliten) is a company incorporated in Malaysia. Its principal activity is operating IT Training Centres under the name “Enliten IT Skill Training”. Enliten commenced operations in December 2011, with the first Centre in Petaling Jaya, a major industrial, business and residential hub located just outside Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia.
The second centre opened on 24 March, 2012 in Kajang, a town 30km south of Kuala Lumpur. The courses offered by Enliten are skill-centric, being 70% hands-on (practical), and 30% academic (theory). This approach ensures that students graduate with the skills which are in demand. As there is a ready market for people with the necessary skills, Enliten’s students are able to secure employment shortly after graduation.
Enliten aim to contribute to the country’s aspiration in achieving a skilled society through quality training by transforming “No-one to Someone” with skill-set training and personal development which strive to instill discipline and leadership qualities.
This innovative approach helps students to connect with the skills they want to master as well as develop soft skills which will contribute to their success.
We are student and market centric; the students learn practical skills that are essential to their success. After all, we don’t succeed unless our students do. The government will be embarking on the Vocational Educational Transformation Plan (VET) in 2013. It is seen as timely in raising the "nobility" of vocational education and making it a preferred choice of students, changing public perception that vocational students are "weak" or "second class". VET aims to remove this stigma.

Enliten is committed to providing IT skill training to students who are either unable to gain entry into institutions of higher learning, or who are not academically inclined. To provide IT skill training to students who, among others, are either unable to gain entry in institutions of higher learning, or who are not academically inclined, thus contributing to the country’s skilled population through quality training. To play a key role in elevating the importance of vocational education and making it a preferred choice of students, thus supporting the Malaysian government in implementing the Vocational Educational Transformation Plan (VET) in 2013.
